Gas tank
I took out the rear gas tank behind the bench seat in my GMC C25. I have 1 other gas tank underneath the bed but does not have a fuel tank sending unit and my gas gage on my dash doesn't work I know which fuel tank sending unit to buy but dont know how to connect it to the back of the gas gage on the dash which wires do I have to buy so that the fuel tank sending unit can connect to the gas gage on the dash.

Re: Gas tank
Simple way would be to connect to the wire that was on the tank behind the seat or get the wiring diagram off this board to see what color wire it is and splice in it at the plug on the back of the dash. I think it is the pink wire

Re: Gas tank
It is a brown wire and it plugs in the very top of the fuse block.
Good luck. john
