to the all drum club

are the front drums from a 69 c10 the same as the rear?

heres the deal........ my rear drums and shoes are completly wasted, not even the parking brake works.
but my front ones are still good, so im thinking of putting the front on the back and getting some slotted brembo drums and new shoes for the front. will the front to rear part work? their both six lug if it matters.

Re: to the all drum club

Just hold them next to each other and see--- even if they don't work, new shoes are what-- maybe 20 or 30 bucks?

Re: to the all drum club

IIRC front and rear drums and shoes are the same. The wheel cylinders are different from side to side and front to rear.A quick way to check is to use one of the online parts stores to look up the #'s.
