Re: My new 68- 50th
Nice buy but the buckets have been replaced...the center "buddy bucket" is original though and the frame is original but those two seats came from somewhere else. Could you shoot some more pics of the buddy section and the inside of the buddy box...very cool! Looks like some midwest rust going on there...great price though!
Welcome to the 50th club...LOL!

Re: My new 68- 50th
Not impossible to find...just expensive. I am buying a truck that has the just the buckets without the center buddy console. I am buying it pretty much just for the seats. I have done this several times before. There is no 12 step program for what I have.

Re: My new 68- 50th
well i got a couple other projects to finish before i tear into this one- wonder, just a thought,- if i could get them redone in the orginal type scheme cuz i really like them and most people would never kno- besides everyone on here i probly couldnt afford to buy buckets unless i get a whole truck like you do and it has the buckets in....anything can happen i guess.

Re: My new 68- 50th
I'm sure you could get Rick's to do some custom covers that are white and gold with panels that will look like the orginals...that would be kind of cool. I am not a big fan of the tall head rests in these trucks however, despite their safety aspects if you happened to get rear-ended.
