Free 4.56 eaton rear

I have a 4.56 eaton third (open diff) that I pulled out of my 70 K20 for a 4.10 locker. I am moving and have no use for it, I hate to bring the thing to the scrap yard, someone has got to have a need for a low mileage, good condition eaton third....truck was a low mileage farm truck its whole life, and this third lived behind a 250, so it had relatively low wear and tear.....

theya re easy to ship... toss it in a milk crate, zip tie in place, wrap in cardboard and tape, slap an addy on it... DHL is pretty cheap, and if you need it and the seller (giver) is willing...

it's for the HO52 and HO72 rear found in 3/4 ton and one tons. The whole gear assembly comes out as a unit like the ford 9 inch rear.

Re: Free 4.56 eaton rear

I'd like to get in line behind PRG MACHINE.
My HO52 center section is about to disintegrate on the road. Unfortunately I'm far away also, just outside New Orleans. My zip is 70003. Tell me what you need in dollars to make it happen.

Re: Free 4.56 eaton rear

heyjoe, you have a PM.

If anyone is interested in this, and you live between MI and NC I might be willing to drop it off on my trip....I will be moving to Durham NC in a couple of weeks. (If you are outside of the route US23-US77, to US80, meeting me somewhere along that path would work best for me).

If everyone else falls through, I'll take it off your hands when you swing through. I work right off of I77 in Akron, Oh.
