Talking help lowering....

i am looking for a good way to lower a 72 C-10 with a leaf spring rear. with the rearend spring perchs on top of the rearend

I just did it last weekend, and it wasn't that bad. A lot of people say you don't need a c-notch, but believe me, you do. I got a DJM kit from Stylintrucks.com. Real nice kit. I didn't go into detail on the install (it's easy), but there are a few pics here:
