Did you put in a complete new replacement or a used one?

Re: Worst Dash Pad ever Pics

I put a new aftermarket one on my 87 V30. It didn't fit very well and still doesn't look good to me. I think I will be trying a new GM one next or maybe recover the original one. It pisses me off every time I look at it now. Most people wouldn't notice but I know it isn't right and won't stay down on the driver's side.

Re: Worst Dash Pad ever Pics

Dean, I had the same issue and sent mine back. What a piece of crap it was. One of my buddies had an '82 with a 6.2 diesel in it for sale. The truck was the biggest rust bucket ever and the interior was trashed. All except for the dashpad. It was perfect. He traded me straight up and I dyed it and it's in my truck to this day.
