Barn find resurrection

My plan is to build with the best quality I can on a very tight budget. Then I will sell it to make money to put into my 71 4x4 project. I'm sure you have seen those pickups at swapmeets that have a quick paint jobs and look like cra@ when you get close. I want this one to look good and be affordable. I will do the complete build including paint to keep costs down.
