WTB, Adj. Panhard Bar
I need a Adj. Panhard Bar for the 67 Stepper I'm working on, It has 5" Drop Springs in the Back, I Really Don't want to have to buy another New One..........

If your going with 5" drop coils, you should really go with a super track bar. Just bought mine from ECE for $109.00 plus shipping ($129). To keep everything in check, 1"-2" drop use the stock bar, 3"-4" drop use an adjustable panhard bar, 5"-6" drop use a super track bar. Good Luck, Harry

Thanks for the Tip, I have 5" Coils in it Now & am Seriouly considering using some 2" Spacers that i Have to Get the Rear Down a Little More Level withg the front. If I go that Route I will have to look at a C notch for the Rear then, Any Recomendations on That? Thanks, Rick

From what I have learned about lowering our trucks is that when we stay within the normal limits; a mild drop, and the right wheels and tires - Our trucks look good. Now when we go a little more extreme, things start to change a bit. I am sitting on 6 " drop coils (from GMCPauls) and the Super Track Bar (from ECE). Still deciding on tire size but will keep the 15's. No C-Notch needed for my drop but you will probably need to notch yours for that 7" drop and will need to watch the cross member because your drive shaft will be running very close. Either modify your existing cross member or get a drop member to get the clearance. Also consider your exhaust. If your pipes are running under the cross member, you may also look at re-directing them. Lots of board members have run their pipes through the cross member for that ultimate clearance. As you can see Rick, there's allot to consider when Dropping Your Truck but when done correctly, They Look Sweet. That's about all I know.
