where should i put it?

where would be the best place to install a cut-off switch here? (see pic)

Whats the "DC", and what are you wanting to "cut off" power from ?

The cut off switch should go between battery #1 and the positive to the starter. What is "DC"?

You can always fuse them. They also sell battery isolators.
