Re: Are these trucks, easy to ummm...get into?
It might help to unlock it if you knew how the lock mechanism works. I just had mine out to place gaskets on them. Basically its an "L" shaped braket behind the keylock that in turn moves a "U" shaped braket which moves the door lock up and down...
If you can make some sort of hook that will fit betwen the window and the frame and grab the "U" shaped bracket, you may be able to lift it up to unlock it... Sort of like this... (sorry, don't have pics) the "L" being the keylock arm and the bracket is the mechanism that slides up and down... L ] |

yaz, yaz, you are...maybe you should make sure your keys are in the door lock, or in your hand, when you lock the door. Duck tape, trash bag and a center punch gets you in easy or the wing windows are usually pretty easy to open. How was the graduation and the move? By the way there's a 58' in primer in my garage.
good luck. FB |

Maybe my '67 is different, but you said you had an ignition key but not the door key...mine is the same key...maybe that's why you didn't make a door key??

So, ummm, how are the legs feeling after Carlisle? Can you walk standing upright yet? Graduation was good. Still haven't moved all of her crap. Still probably two more loads. It's going in a storage until until she finds a job. I'm hoping my keys are there. I'm going to wait and check one more time this weekend, then I'll have to order new door locks. It's driving me nuts not being able to drive the truck, it's the perfect weather here this time of year.
