Motor mount question
I know from word here that a 73-87 front suspension or whole crossmember will bolt up in a 67-72.My question is this, will the V8 motor mount plates from a 73-87 bolt up in my 67.Im going from a 6cyl to a V8 and am getting a V8 from an 87 C10 if I could also use the motor plates that would be great.

Re: Motor mount question
The 87 is TBI but the throttle body is missing along with the dist.Havent decided if Im going carb or fuel injection yet but if I do it will be a port style injection. So the 6cyl mounts are the same?

Re: Motor mount question
The brackets on the frame are the same the mounts Im 99% sure are the same there is like an extention bracket between the mount and the 6 cyl block. Id use a carb on that its a ton of stuff to put a tbi in something that didnt have one. you can get an edelbrock intake for a tbi motor or you can modify a regular intake by sloting out the holes in the heat riser ports so the bolts that go in straight will go in.If that makes sence.
