Question relocating the netural safty switch

i put in a new tilt colum in my 72 got it for 42 bucks so i had to take the netural safty switch off but how can i get it back on there thanks nick

Need more info..... is it the tilt steering for these trucks?

if youd dont wanna go through all the hassle you could always bypass the switch but then you wouldnt have any backup lights

It is best to do while the colum is still out test fit then mark where it should go.Make sure u have enough room to clear all obstacles I didn't move mine far enough down and it ended up hitting the brake switch so I cut another hole a little farther down u can allso put it 2 far down the colum and it will end up hitting the fire wall I think this was the hardest part determing where to place it ,the rest was a breeze.You have to cut a hole just like it was origanally. There is a difference in the way the NSS hooks up to the colum the groove for the colum part .You need to figure out which 1 u r going to use then make it fit
