two questions .first will i need to cut the ends of my torsion bars .dont know if they will be to close when they are aired down.also the 75 c10 ball joints are rivited in ,do i just grind off then bolt in new..thanks..

New ball joints come with bolts, so you just punch out the rivets, much easier that way.

I would change the crossmember and get ride of the tortion bars, just less stuff to worry about. i guess you could cut ends not completly sure though

a 1975 chevy c-10 does NOT have torsion bars ... are you talking about the sway bar, maybe?

Ya sway bar it was late and pulled a no brainer with calling it a torsion bar sorry...
