Best After Market Tilt Steering Column
Im looking for some advice. Im getting ready to paint in a few weeks and need to get a tilt wheel column and I wanted to know who makes the best after market or refurbished one from members experience. Im looking for a paintable steel with column shift for an auto TH350. Thanks, Brian.

Re: Best After Market Tilt Steering Column
I don't know if it's the best but at the Goodguys show in Pleasanton,CA there was a vendor selling a new chrome, column shift, with tilt for $375!
Got his card and we are eyeing this for our '67 C20. Having said that I do have an Ididit chrome tilt in our '69 Firebird (floor shift) and it is great. Even has the ignition in the column. The customer service/tech support from the guys from Ididit is top notch. |

Re: Best After Market Tilt Steering Column
Contact the manufacturers and get tech details on what they are made of. Do a comparison. There is quite a bit of difference.
