T350 cooler line placement
Can some one tell me which line off the trans goes to the upper cooler location on the radiator

The upper cooler line goes to the upper port on the passenger side of the tranny.

Here is a little diagram. It shows an additional cooler in front of the radiator though, but you probably don't have one of these. Like Longhorn said, it doesn't really matter for cooling purposes, but I believe from the factory it's like santana474 said, upper to upper, lower to lower.
