I'm in the same boat... I have a Caddy 500CID being build and now where to put it. I measured it and unless I move the engine between the seats or to the rear it won't fit without major surgery to the doghouse and then there wouldn't any room for my pedals. I really wanted to put a V8 in this but way to much work. Besides, I think a tweaked 292 inline looks even kewler these days if done up right and still has the power
