Interco tire
Has anyone used the TrXus tire by Interco? If so what did you think of it?

Re: Interco tire
They're a good compromise of off road and on road capability. We used the MT's in a 35x12x16.5

Re: Interco tire
i had some 33's they r an ok road ride but the rubbediey cost alot more but they are well made radials and ride a whole lot better. .
but other then the wear issue i liked them they were fun... they just releades a "M16" version of those tires ha ha ha basically same tire with little bullets on the side instead of the"ss" markings

Re: Interco tire
They are more aggresive than I would like, especially for what I will use them for but they come in the size I want and can only find a few tires in that size(255/85R16). Basically will be an on-road truck and pulling the trailer now and then.

had a set of these on a ranger they were good for general use and lasted a whikle, pretty durable. not so good in mudding, as long as you keep it uner say 6inches of mud you'll be able to do whatever =-) HERE'S WHAT I FOUND IN YOUR TIRE SIZE the toyo's on teh bottom are nice too but you pay for the name unfortunatley http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.pl http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.p...sco=135&Achse= http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.p...sco=135&Achse= http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.p...sco=135&Achse= oh well good luck ihope i helped some

Re: Interco tire
Yeah, I found some toyos locally, more of an all-terrain and they were 250 apiece. Found the TrXus on summit for 150 apiece. Doesn't seem to be awhole lot out there in the size I want.

Re: Interco tire
a little bigger or a little smaller is really the best bet and lately (this is fromteh guys at 4 wheel parts) 16R sizes have slowed down alot because of the over production and demand of these stupid 20 in rim plus sizes for 4x4 applications.. it's estimated to go back up again because the demand for people (like us) who wont change their 16in rims out for this faddish stuff need tires...
hmm unfortunately it sucks right now and we are totally limited and kindda stuck paying more.. it killed me buyin my 37inchers.. grr i was soo mad.. it was almost cheaper to buy 18's and tires but that would be useless on my truck reallly.. who wants togo mudding with an expensive rim? stupid people.. grrrr
