Factory Cigarette/Cigar Lighter Delete
Were all cigarette/cigar lighter deletes the black plastic plug? The picture below is a metallic cigarette/cigar lighter delete in a '72 1/2-ton that does not list a lighter on the SPID. Is this metallic one factory or something somebody added?

I know my '68 that my grandfather bought new had a black plastic plug there but who knows what happened to it.

GM isn`t known for making silly little changes.So,I`d think it`s an owner job.I have a plastic one from a`71.
