Backspacing for front wheels
I am trying to find the backspacing I need for the front of my 50 Chevy truck. I am going to install the Mustang II front end with standard spindles. I am going to run 15" wheels. Will 8" wide wheels work on the front? What backspacing, 4.5" or 5.5"? Or should I stay with a 7" wide wheel?
Thanks for your help, Renegade |

Re: Backspacing for front wheels
you can fit an 8" wheel
I have 20x8's with something around 5 or 6" of backspacing and I tuck inside my fenders by a mile. I have a narrowed and completely weird mustang II front end though |
