There are two bolt holes in the block right between the middle spark plugs. They are 5/16 I believe. That is where you can bolt up something to hold the wires away from the headers. That is all I was getting at.

Fleetside: Sorry if there's confusion. In my post I just meant you don't have to get a specific Corvette wire set. I wasn't disagreeing with you or anything. It is correct that you need some clips to hold the wires running under the headers away from them and closer the block. Holes for that may be 1/4 x 20, I'm not sure.

Thats ok.. I type stuff sometimes, then when I read it after and can't understand it.. Now I am sitting here wondering what the heck I am getting at..

I used the summit brand ceramic headers and so far so good- they sound great. thanks for the help!

Flowtech Update:

Flange fitment was terrible! I had to cut the flange loose to get the bolt holes to line up on the head.

We will see soon if they seal and sound good.
