Don't really know that they've ever been used but can't call them NOS. The left one has very minor damage near the black stripe at about the 2 o'clock position. Right one has very minor ding on the edge. Both of these could be tapped out with a body hammer. Black paint is slightly faded but that can be redone. Rust free. I tried to show a damage in the pics, I am very picky when it comes to parts.... I also bought these and then learned that 68's never had hubcaps!
