Door panel question

Are the door panels differant mounting wise in differant years. Like will any year panel fit on any year door?
Sorry im not very good at making details.

I know 1972 door panels are different than the earlier years.

I can't imagine with a little ingenuity and some slight modifications (if needed) you couldn't get every style door panel to fit and look good. Or better yet, custom make your own.

Im starting to think about making my own, but im not very talented with that kind of stuff post some pics of homemade panels if you have any so it can give me some ideas

Remember, the 72 window cranks stick out farther because of the 72 only door panels.

67-68 with vertical pleats
69 had a scrowl
70-71 woodgrain with mylar trim
72 had scrowl

if they were metal they fit 67 through 71 I believe the 67-71 should interchange. the holes look to be in the same place
