Couldn't you get a pre fab steel building for the $6-10K range? Maybe not up to code and or HOA to use steel? Insulated they are as good/better than a wood frame? Sorry the Blazer build turned into a home remoldel, but with the new garage you can work on the Blazer once the snow flies, all though I am not too familiar with this thing they call snow, I hear it is cold?!
