Replacement hatch

I know this question has been asked but I can not find it in my searches for "Suburban hatch", "replacement hatch", or "rear hatch".

Where can I find a replacement hatch for a 69 burb? Does anyone make them or is it just up to having to find an original now?

Far as I know no new hatches are made. Search the parts for sale forum or watch e-bay or craigslist.

I have seen a couple turn up in the parts section of this board in the past couple of months. I know this is a big rust magnet section on these burbs so there are not many good examples out there.

You can also contact board member HartRod because he told me a couple weeks ago that he picked up a nice clean hatch and gate for a burb, or you can check with board member Uncle because he can usually help out and come up with alot of good parts.
