I would be tempted to leave the back as is and lower the front 2-4".

I think the angle of the picture and the slop of the parking spot is playing tricks....the rear is higher. The suspension is totally stock, the leaf spring my be tired...but they still hold the rear high.

Then, post the measurements and go from there. Also, if your set on those wheels, check to see how close they sit to the fenderlip to avoid any rubbing when you do lower it. When I get a chance later on, I'll post a ~2-4 drop of your truck.

I decided to go with a 2.5/4 chop drop (drop spindles,hangers/shackles). The shot is somewhat deceiving since the bike is loading down the back a bit in the original pic.

2insh/4ish weak coil springs with one coil cut off, and the back has drop shackels and 3 leafs no over load

Thanks! that looks nice...Im definitely sticking with my rims and tries. Next time i have the bikes in the back i will do some measuring. Here are some better side shots with no load....
