which direction for the crossmember?
Putting a bbc in a '67 swb fleetside that was a small block a/t truck. I need to know which direction the crossmember faces. I am using one out of a '71 with Th400. One side of the crossmember has one hole drilled right in the center and the other side has a bunch ( four I think for the e-brake cable mounts)? also when it is on the garage floor (level) one end is higher then the other where the tranny mount goes. If I get it the wrong way it would screw up the driveline phasing. If somebody could look at their trucks crossmember or knows off hand I would appreciate it.
