What makes that a COTM??? Is the top chopped?? If it is, there was very little taken off.

No. You can use any programm you want like Photo Shop to change the picture.
You can do just the top but it takes little more to win. Check out the one from last year to get an idea. Click Me!

Give him a break....he's in Deutchland.....what they have to view in comparison to what we see everyday, makes what they see all the more meaningful.
Honestly, I didn't see the pictured vehicle....but that doesn't change the fact that he's in Germany.

So you are saying that the truck is the starting point to then chop up with a photo shop type program? That makes more sense. Thanks!

I wasn't too sure what that meant either. It's like he was talking to someone else, using you in 3rd party.
