Desperate: Vortec Linkage Pics Needed

Hello all. I am sending out an S.O.S. for pics of throttle linkage from anyone who has done a vortec head swap. I have an 84 2wd shortbed w/ a 350. I have Edelbrock part# 8032. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to put the configure the bracket. It is either too close to the firewall, or if i flip it, it is too close to the carb. Either way i have it, it does not seem to be in line either. Can anyone post a pic, or tell me what you used for this swap? Thanks in advance.

Carb attached is always the way to go. That's what I use.
