I saw this picture on here several weeks ago and love the color and am now thinking of painting mine this color one day. The only problem is I have no idea what color it is. I'd say it's some shade of aqua blue but does anyone have a better idea of what the name of this color is or one that is really close to it? Thanks in advance.

That is a very cool color i will have to agree with you! Yeah im not sure either... maybe like an aqua/teal ish blue... sorry i know that doesnt help at all

looks like "baby blue" but it most likely is called by something else now........

You might check out the bigger local swap meets - seems there are always guys selling paint/body supplies; I've seen that color - or something very close - being sold more than once at meets around here.

The factory color was called Bahama Blue...

It's hard to tell from the pic. But my truck is called bahama blue by PPG. It's a 1967 C10. The SPID paint code is 507.

To me that '63 looks more of a torquoise. I think there's a GM from the 50's color called "tropical torquoise" that looks a lot like that.

Hey guys,

Since we are on the topic, I am getting my ride bagged and painted. It is going in for paint in the next week or two, for mooneyes. I am trying to match this blue and can't seem to find the color. I asked fake.happy and he did a lil research for me but could not find the color. Thanks fake.happy again for that. Any of you guys know this color? Sorry to change the post.

That looks close to the color of my truck which is gulf green, offered on the 1960 GMC...
