I took a part time job offer today working in a shop as a mechanic. This is going to be so cool. They know i dont have alot of tools and they are ok with that. They just wanted someone that can do some brake work and other simple engine work. I also told them about what i wanted to do with my truck as far as building a 350 from a bare block. They were ok with that and said they will set aside a place in the shop so i can do that and if i needed any help just ask.

I'm so excited. My wife likes the idea. I think she likes it because i wont be around the house as much lol it's not like we need the money but this came up and i had to take it. Oh and this shop works on trucks 95% of the time.

congrats, thats way cool, i know how you feel when i got my job at the parts store i didnt think it could get any better.
