hitch
I'm looking for a receiver hit to mount to my frame (70 C10) Can a hitch off of 73 and abouve fit or 66 and below or does the hitch have to be one off our model trucks?

From what I've been reading a hitch from a 73-87 will work. I want to put one on my truck too.

You'll probably have to drill a couple of extra holes in your frame for it to fit, I got my hitch from the local u-haul and it was supposed to fit my '71, yeah right! I had to drill 2 new holes so all 4 in the hitch would line up.
I even know of somebody that had a '73-87 truck and they speciallly order one for their truck and guess what, they still had to drill 2 new holes for it lol :p

I installed an "Early Classic Enterprises" hitch behind the factory bumper in my Blazer. I did have to do a modification to the hitch, but that was because of the fuel tank. I really like there hitch because it can't been seen, then when I am ready I flip the tag and install the reciever.
