Wanna send some of that gas my way?

I'm getting tired of paying $1.89 a gallon for regular and the price seems to go up everytime I go to the gas station

I wish I could ship some over to you!
Ya we are up to about $1.61 here and it has been steadily going up. This grand opening is sweet though. I'm gonna fill both of my 20 gallon tanks!!

The gas in Phoenix is super cheap at $1.29 per Gallon. You guys need to fill everything you can find that will hold gas cos the prices are a goin up.

The gas prices here in London Ontario Today was .82 cents per liter which is about $3.69 per gallon.

The price is expected to go to over $1.00 per Liter which will be about $4.50 per Gallon before the end of the year. and the prices will continue to go up.

Now immagine having a Truck that gets 6 or 7 miles to the gallon, that would be over $76.00 to travel 100 miles.

Ain't that cruel.

I guess the question is...
What are WE going to do about it ?

One thing about living in New Jersey is that there are so many refineries here,so gas is always cheaper than the rest of the nation. We are also one of only a couple states where self service pumps are illegal. Full service/cheaper gas....how do they do it? Curently $1.39 87octane

Why is self-service illegal? My dads friend had to move up there for his job and he said it was weird having to get used to not being allowed to pump your own gas. Our gas is about $1.59 for 87 at the Texaco down the road.

I just paid $1.699 about 1/2 hours ago at Chevron.
67th ave and Indian School. Thats just up the street. Ill take advantage if theres not a line around the corner for gas. Id rather pay an extra $5 then wait 20 minutes for gas, like alot of people do
Thanks for the tip!

I'll take $100.00 worth of that for my rides. I would also go for some budget home heating fuel. Just paid $1.46 a gallon to fill my 275 gallon tank that heats my garage. OUCH!!

It's illegal to pump your own gas in Oregon also. Kinda nice on those cold mornings when you don't want to get out of a warm truck

The sad thing is when I go over the border to CA or WA and it takes me a few minutes and a few weird looks to realize that no one is going to come pump my gas for me! I've been spoiled

Damn, thats weird. I dont know of one single gas station in the Phoenix area that will pump gas for you and there is a gas station on pratically every corner. I remember I was in Lav Vegas and had a hard time find a gas station that carried diesel. Now that I think about it, I didnt see a bunch of gas stations period.

Dang, too bad i'm in the east valley - It will cost me as much money in gas I'll eat to get there as what I'll save. I coundn't put up with the wait to save $5 on a fill up anyway!

Thanks for the info z71

Hmmm... considering my 305 gets around 10 MPG, I'm still screwed. Gas is $1.89 here - some of the cheapest in the valley. I have to fill up every week at $20 for 3/4 a tank. That is $80 a month, $960 a year... HEY!!!! That is WAYYYYY TOOO MUCCHHHH!

Same here my mileage sucks. I cant wait to put in that 200 HP increase 383 and make 6 or 7 more mpg.

Think about it this way.
Would you rather spend $960 a year on gas for your truck
or 2-3 month of car payments on a new car (without gas or high insurance)?
Thats the biggest reason I have not bought a new car, plus theres nothing wrong with my truck. I would like to have a car and my truck though.

Cry me a river!!!

I drive 1.5hours a day to and from work. When I was getting 10mpg [seems to be a constant for bad running trucks of our years] I was spending $50 A WEEK just on gas to and from work. If I wanted to go out at night, even more $$$!!!

::Tear:: Happy now? My problem is I DON'T HAVE A JOB. Kinda hard to pay for a gas guzzler with almost no cash inflow. But I'll quit my bi*chin for a while...
