Holy smokes!

I am always searching eBay for 73-87 parts, and usually watch some of the more desireable parts just to see what they go for.

Then I saw this...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...3AIT&viewitem=

I have NEVER seen a HL bezel set go for this much...good grief Charlie Brown!

BUT, if you need em, and have the money...more power to ya.

Re: Holy smokes!

Saw another NOS set a few days ago go in the mid 200s. I watch Ebay religiously as well for parts for my 78. I bought a used set in excellent condition for 35 a few days ago. Someone really wanted that set!

Re: Holy smokes!

This is sad. I remember when you could go down to the dealership and pay a fair price for a set of new ones. It really wasn't that long ago.

Re: Holy smokes!

I saw those come up but didn't follow the auction. That is rather high, but they don't go cheap. Fortunately I got a pair at a decent price, but it took a bit of shopping.
