Trucks have rust in California also. My truck has rust that I will fix one day.

I noticed you said you had tow hooks on that truck. You could sell the hooks and buy a nicer project with the $$.

I'm pretty sure they aren't factory tow hooks. They only have one bolt hole.

If your frame is NOT rotted through or thin,keep it at least. It's a swb(right?). You can find people that have good cabs and body parts. I myself an scared of rust. I can not afford a body man to fix it,so I tried it myself on my '71 Ford F250's kick panel and I was impressed at how well it came out. So keep your chin up,you'll find one.
