Are you going back there any time soon? I would like to know what condition the console is in?

Re: pick n pull rancho cordova

probably not, i think ive got all the parts i need for now, but i bet with this board as big as it is someone will be down there, i didnt really look at it too well because i already have one, i thought about it but then forgot to go back, it is a gmc one though and has the gmc lettering instead of the chevy badge if that matters

Re: pick n pull rancho cordova

If they're tan and they're in a pre-80 GMC, there's a good chance the truck is a Gentleman Jim. Check to see if it's got a tach cluster in it, too. Was the truck two-tone (gold with black)?

The reason why I'm asking is that I got my buckets and center consolde out of a thrashed Gentleman Jim in a wrecking yard in Hesperia. It was sad, it was a pretty rare truck. I was shocked that nobody grabbed the buckets and console. I think that lots of people don't know it was an option.

No problem Ken. I'm going back tomorrow to check it out again. There might be another truck out there with the same seats, but in better shape.

It almost seemed to fit .

Blue must have been a popular color since my 77 SWB has factory blue buckets and my set in the garage are blue also .
