Notch with 4"-6" drop?
I plan on dropping my 72' with drop spindles/springs in the front and drop springs in the back. What's the lowest I can go without having to notch the frame? Personally, I'm not too keen on the idea. For those of you with drops, could you post pics? Thanks...

i have a 4/6 drop from ece on my 68 i am probly about 2-3" maybe less from the bump stop. you could take off the huge factory one and get a smaller one for more of a drop but i love the way mine sits lol

Re: Notch with 4"-6" drop?
I've lowered a bunch of them 4/6 over the years. I have never notched a frame for 6 inch drop. No complaints, but I do cut the stock rubber bumper down to get more travel before it hits.
I have a stepside currently running 6 inch rear drop this way. There is a picture of it in my signature.
