Hands down the best I've ever used is Second Skin Damplifier Pro.
Great stuff, nice and thick, sticks really good, and its priced well.

how many square feet is required to do the floor, firewall, headliner, and doors (inside skin and outer skin)?

Square footage wise I don't know, but if you order Second Skin Damplifier Pro, a bulk pack would probably leave you with enough to do a double layer on the floor. (No experience with deadening a square body YET, but I had a door pack of it and it went a lonnnng way)

Menards has some stuff just like the car stuff but way cheaper. In the building supplies section. I like it. You have to glue it down with spray adhesive.
