I gotta...
I know what you all will be thinking, but I have to do what a guy's gotta do. I found a beautiful new home that momma wants. Actually, i really like it to. We gotta buy while the buyin's good. She agreed. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of such a great site and getting to see some very nice rides throughout the year.

You shouldn't have much trouble. With the market though many may try to lowball you. Hopefully it will all work out to get the house you want. Seems like you have the priority right "Keep Momma Happy!!!"
