Re: Phase 1
Hey Nico, love your truck! If it was mine, It would make a great candidate
for a swb conversion, but if u like the long frame I would at least convert it into a 67-68 front end,,,,here's a picture of what I would do to it... Last edited by Puropedo; 10-13-2009 at 02:40 PM. |

Re: Phase 1
David, Phase 2 will be a vortec 350, 4l60e trans, 68 hood and grill, new exhaust of course and new rear bumper.
Puropedo, I love the long wheel base on this one, i own a 68 swb that I am working on right now. I already have all of the parts to do the conversion. I cant wait.

Re: Phase 1
I think that rear bumpers cool. Nobody ever leaves the big suckers on, and yours is real cool with the dealer writing. We don't see those up here.

Re: Phase 1
Thanks guys, and DieselArmy if you want the bumper come get it. No really, it is just not my style. It looked good on it when it was the stock height, but not anymore. I know one thing though, if I was ever rearended, the back of my truck would be just fine.
