first step at making it mine

I was able to finaly get a little work done to the truck that I`ve been wanting to do. I won a autometer tach off of ebay about a month ago and never had the time to install it. Well today was that day. Wasn`t to bad, I`ve installed several tachs over the years. Guess it`s been a little while though because I don`t remember having as much trouble fitting under the dash as I do now, lol. Since my speedo don`t work I figured I could use the tach to judge how fast I was going. I`ve got several parts set aside to install but this was the first one.

Re: fist step at making it mine

had a similar problem and I got a friend to pace me at 40mph, 50mph, 60mph and 70mph.. then I wrote down what rpm's I was at for each speed then used the 4 different rpm notations for driving in the city, rural, highway settings since those speeds are "safe" for 35mph, 45mph, 55mph and 65mph zones.

The camera is dead so I`ll get some later. I mounted it on the column like I usually do but I had to offset it so that when I put it in gear it`s facing me.
