First Cruz with both of my boys

It was a good feeling to have a full truck. Just me and my gang.

Re: First Cruz with both of my boys

I just found the picture of my first drive with my first son. Man two years can make a guy look old.

Very cool shots! I love involving my kids with my hobby too, and they love Daddy's old trucks.

I know exactly what you mean about the pics too. I told me wife the other day I was getting a proceeding hairline. She looked at me funny and said "Don't you mean receding hairline?". I toldher "No, proceeding, because its proceeding to the back of my head!"

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: First Cruz with both of my boys

Thanks guys. All my oldest boy wants to do is ride in daddy's truck, or even just sit in it while I work on it. It is fun to have someone that loves it as much as I do.

Re: First Cruz with both of my boys

What kind of tranny do you have in there? The shifter in the second pic looks a bit more "modernish".

Re: First Cruz with both of my boys

I installed a NV3500 out of a 92 Chevy. Since then I have installed a Hurst shift kit. I will see if I can find a picture.

Re: First Cruz with both of my boys

Your boys are going to remember the rides in Daddy's old truck when they are older. All my girls have loved to go for rides in my trucks and still fight over who gets to go with.
