spring spacers, or swap them out

I am debating spring spacers of some sort or swapping the 3 inch drop springs for a 1 or 2 inch drop spring.

Any thoughts? also any ideas of how to raise up 1-2 inches in front? my wheel tire combo doesnt fit.
