have you ever thought to call a paintless dent repair company ? I work for Dent Wizard in NY and do allot of repairs on aftermarket metal that is damaged out of the box. Saves the bodyshops and parts departments $ takes very little time as well!

I've worked with PDR companies before....if I had some hoods to do I'd consider it but we still wouldn't sell parts that are repaired as "New"
