Shift indicator options w/OD

What options do we have if not running a tilt for a OD shift indicator I can't seem to find anything to work correctly? Any and all info would be great.

I think Flaming River sells a OD lens that will fit on the stock column.

Would you happen to have a part #? I'll check around the FR site too.

Cool thanks for the heads up I been looking at the FR site but nothing says it'll fit our columns.

Re: Shift indicator options w/OD

Not that you were asking about shift arms, but this might also be helpful
http://www.kugelkomponents.com/produ...shiftkits.html for your shift arm. I'm assuming you're going to a 700R4.

As far as the indicator goes, I have one, which I bought from www.brotherstrucks.com
It is part number BR00560 as you can find here:
http://www.brotherstrucks.com/products.asp?dept=659
Hope this helps!

http://www.classicparts.com/prodinfo...&desc=(1947-87) Acrylic Shift Indicator w/Pointer-4spd

It looks just like the stock one, just unscrew the old and screw in the new.

Yes I saw that also but didn't know about the pointer deal working like the stock one. I will look more into this. I have also been kicking the idea around of getting an Ididit tilt column.

Re: Shift indicator options w/OD

You don't have to use the pointer. The stock one is fine. All your really doing is changing the lense to line up with the shifter detents in the 700R4/200R4/4L60E transmission
