my new 67/68 wheel from wes!

damn this thing is nice. the paint even still looks great, just had a few spots where paint has peeled and chipped. im going to have it repainted though since im going for a show quality/driver out my truck. the chrome on the center is perfect, is the cap new or original wes? looks close to new to me.

anyways can i have a body shop paint this thing or is there a special way it has to be done so the paint doesnt wear off?

Glad you like it. I always worry that the buyer may think that the part isn't exactly as I discribe the part. The horn button is the origanal one to the truck it was removed from. You notice not even the slightest bit of rust or anything where it is splined for the column. It was removed from the truck many years ago and stored in a shop out of the weather. I try to discribe used parts to the best of my abillity and take lots of pictures. That way the only suprizes that you get on your end, are pleasent ones... Let me know if there is anything else that I can do for you. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Body shop can paint it, no problem. My dad had the one on his '66 painted when the truck redone. Even filled in a couple of old cracks.

that and that awful chemistry book on the otherside of my desk are the reason practically nothing has been done to my truck since January.
