A Franz filter will not give you modern filtration. The Franz is a bypass filter. Only some of the oil is filtered at any time and over time, all of the oil is filtered.
The boys I ran with used Amsoil and never changed their oil. Every 3k, they replaced the Franz filter and added a quart. Right or wrong, those fellows never lost an engine due to oiling issues.

Man don't listen to these guys. Those cars are A+ amazing. You have 2 when you wanna give one away call me, no need to be greedy in the recession ^_^ Good luck and keep some pics on here.
