Help with body work, northern IL southern Wisc.

I am attempting to begin a resto on my 69 K20 and I am now second guessing the idea. The truck has sat for three years since I really looked into it and now I have more cab rot than I can handle. I am either going to have to buy a better cab or have alot of repair on it which I am not capable of doing myself. It is going to need both cab corners, a rocker and the rearfloor crossmember replaced. Otherwise the floor is in pretty good shape and the rest of the cab is good too. I need to know if any of you in this area would be able to help out or recommend someone who could do the work. And is this the right approach or do you think a cab in better shape would be a better option. I am so bummed right now. Any help or suggestions???
