front disk brake lug pattern

is there anyone who makes a 4 and 3/4 on 5 lug pattern disc for 72 chevy front
i dont want to use an adaptor, i can get them drilled,but would like a new hub if possible

thanks for the information, i have a set of centerlines with the 4.75 5 lug
i am wanting to use on my 72
