72 Chevy Upper Control Arm Bushings

My upper control arm bushings have a lot of slop in them and I want to change them. Does anyone have a picture build on how to do it or maybe know a link to How-To.

I can't remember if there Is a FAQ on that or if it was in rockrln's "low buck" build thread, but I know I've seen a good write up with pictures somewhere

The bushings well they kinda screw right out and right back in. have you priced any? they are kinda pricey. mite be better to find some later model ucas and put them on justmy2cent
