How to remove lower control arm shafts?

I had a buddy give me some lower control arms with the bumps stop brackets shaved off. They still have the original shaft in them. I'd like to swap the old shafts for new ones. How do you remove the shaft from the lower control arm?

Thanks in advance for the help.

If its SLA like mine you just unscrew the end caps and slide it out. When you put them back in don't just tighten them down. They need to be adjusted. You can move the control arm foward or backward on the shaft. I just centered mine up.

That's what I thought. It just must be really stuck, lol. And thanks for the adjustment tip too.
